p>Service Desk Analyst - DV Cleared - Corsham - 360 day (Inside IR35)

You will join a global IT Consultancy, supporting a large programme of work at the Ministry of Defence. As a DV Cleared Service Desk Analyst you will work closely with the IT department and communicate with the end-user regarding all technical incidents, provide 1st line IT technical support, take ownership of the customer Incident or Service Request and see it through to resolution, as well as monitor support ticket queues ensuring incidents are actioned in line with SLA's.

The role:

Maintain support tickets correctly and keep the customer updated with progress.

Provide 1st line IT technical support, taking ownership of the customer Incident or Service Request.

Monitor support ticket queues ensuring incidents are actioned in line with SLA's.

Document user requests and service issues.

Offer insightful recommendations for future service enhancements.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware, software.

Your skills and experience:

Recent experience of being a Service Desk Analyst.

Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form, confident meeting with internal and external Senior stakeholders

A basic understanding of Tech application and infrastructure terminology, along with entry level understanding of the principles of Cloud technologies.

Excellent problem-solver with strong analytical skills.

Have the ability to work under tight time pressure
