If so, our public sector client is urgently seeking Service Designers to improve users and journey experience. The successful person must be able to provide tangible examples of making design decisions and recommendations where needed, be able to bring together lots of disciplines along the design process and give examples of turning user research into actionable outputs with results. Furthermore he/she will have in creating and testing digital and non-digital journeys/processes

Expected day rate: 500-550 per day (Inside IR35)

Work location: Manchester or Leeds

Work Style: Hybrid [at least 2 days work from office]
