My client is a major Insurance Company who urgently require a Service Design Manager with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, ITIL certification, ITSM Tooling and proficiency in Cost Modelling to join a business-critical function ASAP. Key Requirements Proven experience working as a Service Design Manager in a complex and regulated environment. Strong experience with applying Agile methodologies to Service Design processes. Understanding of costs associated with Cloud Storage and Technology licencing. Strong working knowledge of Cost Modelling (including people cost and hardware spend etc) ITIL certified Awareness of ITSM Tooling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have Previous Insurance industry experience Experience working within Product-aligned Operating Models.
