Location: Warwick (hybrid - 2 days on site)

Pay: 685/d (inside IR35)

The server architect role will be responsible for designing, documenting and building the physical and virtual Servers to support an Edge compute proof of concept in a lab environment. The environment must be scalable and manageable at scale as well as fully supported with a service wrap.

• The candidate must have datacentre experience, VMware, Hyper-V and Azure cloud knowledge.
• The role would benefit from experience in an industrial infrastructure role but this is not essential if the candidate has extensive experience in the datacentre and/or enterprise space.
• Kubernetes or other container and Azure cloud service experience is a requirement. Experience of infrastructure as code is a plus.
• The candidate will be expected to communicate with the infrastructure team(s) and contribute to the creation of and documentation of a service wrap.
