Description:

Our client is looking for a Mid and Senior UX Designer and Researcher to join their team and support the ongoing design of their industry leading platforms and digital experience. You will have proven and practical experience leading teams from delivery, across a variety of projects – from greenfield to optimisation of existing projects. You are aware of and deliver using established best practices and refine your ways of working depending on project and requirements. You are experienced and confident in providing context and coaching for other team members in ways of working, processes and design practices.

Skills needed:

• Heavy Sketch/ Figma knowledge
• Preferably 50/50 UX research to UX design experience.
• B2B and B2C experience needed.
• Experience working within a large company.
• Worked with agile methodologies before.
