Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing retail business based in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Senior Technical Reporting Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating the meticulous preparation of acquisition accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating post-acquisition finance activities for the smooth integration of new acquisitions into the financial systems.
- Providing valuable assistance in group restructures and reorganisations to enhance overall financial efficiency.
About you
- ACA/ACCA qualification is a must.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of IFRS.
- Demonstrated experience in producing or auditing accounts.
