Our client is a private main contractor that specialise in cut and carve projects. They operate within the residential, commercial and education sectors and have a healthy turnover of circa 70m.

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager (No.1) has arisen to a run a 2.5m cut and carve project in Market Bosworth. The project is to convert an existing building into a school. The scope of works will include a complete strip out with structural works (steel beam) and then a complete fit out.

As the Senior Site Manager, you will be reporting into a visiting contracts manager, providing frequent, thorough and accurate progress reports. You ll be managing all aspects of health and safety, client liaison as well as full management and coordination of all sub-contractors.

The successful applicant will need to have experience of running their own projects of a similar value as stated, experience of managing structural alterations and ideally experience of working on cut and carve projects.

This Project is due to start imminently and has a set programme of circa 25 weeks.
