This role will be accountable for the delivery of the Strategic Security Programme, to further mature its cyber control environment. Experience of managing 20M+ budgets.

You need to be a self-starter, comfortable operating at executive level, able to coach and develop teams and have a proven track record of successful major programme delivery. The candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of large technology infrastructure and cyber security programme delivery. Proven experience of managing 20M+ budgets Shaping, mobilization and delivery of large programmes or portfolios of change to deliver against annual commitments. Develops and delivers the investment cases for change - adapting and modifying throughout and in line with organisational needs. Sets up projects, programmes from scratch, and delivers through to successful embedding of the systems and business changes. Building and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, defining and agreeing scope, facilitating key decisions Comfortable with dealing with senior stakeholders at Executive level. Lead the development of programme or project plans, identifying, resolving, and managing dependencies, issues and risks within delivery, escalating as appropriate to the appropriate working group or governance board. Ensures that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained.
