I am currently working with a main contractor, who are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a site in Newcastle.

The main-contractor is managing a new build student accomodation in the city centre, which is due to handover in August 2024. The project is out of the ground and there are just internals left to complete.

They require a Site Quantity Surveyor to join the project ASAP, potentially until the end of 2024.

The right candidate will be:

• Experienced working on commercial internal works


• Experienced working with a JCT management contract


• Available from the end of January
