Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple small to medium-sized mechanical projects at a critical site in central London, ensuring project requirements are met while managing technical risks. This role involves developing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining documentation. The position is a 2-month contract with the possibility of extension and is classified as outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering M&E projects within critical environments, particularly data centres or banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple small to medium-sized mechanical projects across a live site.
- Develop technical project plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Key Skills:
- Experience delivering M&E projects within Data Centres, Banks, or Critical environments.
- Mechanical biased qualification aligned with the built environment (ideal but not essential).
- Working knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance.
- In-date CSCS card.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good report writing skills.

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Service Provider to source a Senior Project Manager to deliver critical projects within a central London critical site.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple small to medium sized (predominantly mechanical) projects across a live site.
Typical project values range from £250k - £3m.
The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for developing technical project plans and timelines, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will lead on identifying and mitigating technical risks and issues, whilst maintaining accurate documentation and records.
About you:
You will have experience of delivering M&E projects within Data Centres, Banks or Critical environments.
You will ideally have a Mechanical (not essential) biased qualification aligned with the built environment.
You will have working knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance.
You must hold an in-date CSCS card.
