Senior Project Manager

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a client of our on a 12 month contract. This role will be inside IR35 paying 650 per day working on site 2 days per week in Coventry preferred but have offices located across the UK Bristol, Leeds, Coventry, Liverpool, Newcastle, Northstowe, Manchester).

This change impacts at the strategic level through a refreshed Strategic Plan that will be supported by a new Target Operating Model to be delivered through the Organisation Blueprint Programme. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading moderate complexity change projects in the public sector to join the programme team.

looking for someone with;
* Experience of delivering cost efficiency projects within the Public Sector e.g. re-orientation of functions, consolidate, centralise etc.
* Experience of delivering Op Model work.
* Stakeholder Management - management of change resistance, engaging with the client on related work, sensitivities etc.
* By Agile experience we mean; experience in taking an iterative approach to delivery. We are currently delivering the programme in 3 month tranches.

ESSENTIAL - the successful candidate will hold relevant professional qualifications such as a recognised PPM Practitioner level certification e.g., APM Chartered Project Professional, PRINCE2 Practitioner / Agile, and/ or be able to demonstrate considerable depth and breadth of experience in leading and delivering medium complexity business
