Senior Project Manager - E-Commerce

an ecommerce platform with various systems and services that support the online
business operations, such as customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise
resource planning (ERP), inventory management, payment processing, and delivery
tracking, using data and analytics and systems integration techniques. This
project aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of the data flow
and transactions between the ecommerce platform and the other systems and
services, and to provide a unified and consistent view of the business
performance and customer behaviour. Key responsibilities Plan
and design the project framework and approach to align with the desired vision
and outcomesCreate
and maintain a complete set of project documents from initiation to closure,
including project scope, business case, and deliverablesAssign,
supervise, and motivate project resources to ensure timely and quality
completion of project tasks and milestonesManage
the contracts and relationships with external vendors and partners involved in
the project.Identify
and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective
solutions to meet project deadlines, objectives, and outcomesTrack
and control project budgets, and ensure project spending is within the approved
limitsQuality
Assurance: Apply quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables
meet high quality standards and stakeholder requirementsContinual
Improvement: Seek and implement opportunities for process improvement and
lessons learned to improve future project delivery performance and
effectiveness. Person Specification: At
least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in Ecommerce
integration.Experience
of managing project teams, resources, vendors, and external partners























































Experience
of using project management tools, techniques, and methodologies, such as
