Our major public sector client is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join their team to support on high-profile project.

You will be assigned to a development team and utilise your Agile expertise to ensure backlogs are maintained and prioritised. You will be responsible for working with product owners across the wider project to identify, understand and define dependencies and integration points.

To be successful in this role you will exhibit the following skills and experience: -

• Experience in Product Manager or Product Owner role with a sound understanding of scrum agile development principles.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, Datamodelling and big data is essential.
• Familiar with software development and delivery.
• Relevant degree/qualification in Product Ownership would be beneficial.
• Team Foundation Server knowledge (or equivalent).
• Understanding of elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation, preferably within a data warehouse implementation.
• Familiar with public sector IT/Government legislation.
• A desire to learn and develop current skillset.
• Proven background in a dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

This is a 2-year contract working hybrid in central London and will require you to be on-site 4 days per fortnight. Offering a competitive day rate and the opportunity to work for a forward-thinking public-sector business.
