Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989, the Care Act 2014, and the SEND Code of Practice.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience mentoring and coaching other social workers.
- Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will lead by example, providing expert guidance to less experienced social workers and ensuring the highest quality of social work practice.
