Description

  • Lead a team of UK and India based People Administrators who will be the first point of contact for global employee queries.
  • Be an escalation point for global employee queries.
  • Lead the processing of all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Ensure the accurate delivery of payroll data, providing timely payments for employees whilst we transition our payroll operations to a new solution.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for employees across multiple geographies.
  • Manage the HRIS database, ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of people data.
  • Support the administration of raising purchase orders via our accounting system and liaising with accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work directly with other departments in the People function in order to deliver functional projects.
  • Review employee contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company terms.

A successful Senior People Operations Administrator should have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional data governance skills.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity in taking initiative in completing tasks and getting involved in ad-hoc projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership experience is preferential as the Operations team looks to drive process improvement.
