• Review daily, the status of the core network, logging incidents where appropriate.
• Escalate, in advance any likely breaches of agreed deadlines.
• Work with customers, project leads, third parties and other stakeholders to discuss technical service issues assisting with the resolution of said issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on network technologies.
• Work to assist with capacity and availability management of the network.

Minimum Requirement:

• Strong network experience (as a senior)
• Juniper OR CISCO
• Routers/Firewalls
• LAN/WAN
• Security principles
