Are you a Senior Infrastructure Engineer? Are you looking for your next immediately available contract role?

My Central Government client are looking for someone to come in and act as the subject matter expert for all infrastructure related issues. You will undertake technical design authority work (TDA) for the organisation and look at process improvements in the current solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience of setting up user hardware with standard images, deploying new software applications and working with Remote Assistance tools to support staff.

You will understand Microsoft Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10; and Server, SQL, MS365 and Azure, and have knowledge of ServiceNow incident logging system.

On a day-to-day basis you will be assisting with the technical project lifecycle and provide technical liaison between the technical support group and the user community, whilst following ITIL best practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a Central Government organisation on a long-term contract with a varied and interesting workload.

The Role:

* Senior Infrastructure Engineer
* Undertake TDA work
* Provide technical support at a third line level for both Server and software

The Candidate:

* Ideally SC Cleared
* Knowledge of Servers, SQL, MS365 and Azure
* Able to Undertake technical design authority work
