Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead organisational development initiatives and drive positive change within a dynamic environment? We're seeking a talented Interim Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to take on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

About The Role

As an Interim Senior HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational development strategies while collaborating with the HR team to enhance capabilities and structure. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organisational Development (OD) Initiatives:
  • Identify, plan, and implement OD initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Assess current structures and culture to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for positive change.
  • Lead change management efforts associated with OD initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
  • HR Team Assessment and Development:
  • Evaluate HR team competencies and identify areas for development.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance performance and support professional growth.
  • Identify training opportunities and facilitate skill development programs.
  • Structural Analysis and Recommendations:
  • Analyse HR structure, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to recommend new structures aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Provide insights on team composition and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their HR needs and concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance and expertise.
  • Change Management:
  • Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate organisational design changes.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the change process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior HRBP or HR leader, with a track record of leading OD initiatives and driving change.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analysis tools.

Duration and Location: This is a temporary position for 6 months, with potential for extension based on organisational needs. The role may require on-site presence or a combination of remote and on-site work.
