p>As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing generalist expertise, advice and counsel in areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, ER Cases, employment law, health and safety, workers' compensation, organisational development, performance management, training, relocation, and recruiting. You will be working in a hybrid model, with site meetings in Eastleigh and Southampton.
Due to the nature of the role you will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR Advisors.
- Advise on the practical application of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to review and update HR policies.
- Lead individual and group consultations with employees.
- Improve manager and employee performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Senior HR Generalist or similar role.
- CIPD Level 5 minimum
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
