Adecco are proud to be working in partnership with a government department to recruit a Senior HR Advisor (Pay & Reward) on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.
Working as part of the HR Operations, Pay and Reward team, you will be responsible for a range of pay and reward activity with a key focus on Datamodelling and translating findings into meaningful management information reports. This information can then be used to enable the effective delivery of the annual pay cycle and development of the reward strategy.
The successful incumbent will lead on the preparation and submission of the annual Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reports, including data analysis and drafting reports.
You will be instrumental in supporting the accurate and timely implementation and communication of pay awards across the organisation. You will monitor and track ongoing reward activity ensuring consistent delivery in a professional and timely manner.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HR continuous improvement projects, understanding how this links with pay and reward and to support in delivering a customer focused HR service to the organisation.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to combine analytical skills and interest in people to deliver a high quality and customer centric service to internal and external stakeholders including the wider HR directorate.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working in a pay and reward environment including pay modelling, analysing data and interpreting findings, make recommendations and report back to management.
- Demonstrable experience using Excel confidently to produce accurate data and models.
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment collaborating with wider stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a way that is appropriate to the audience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a changing environment.
