As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing transactional teams, providing comprehensive training, development, and individual support.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing transactional teams, providing comprehensive training, development, and individual support.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactional teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
- Provide training, development opportunities, and one-to-one support to team members.
- Review weekly prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Produce month-end figures and reports, adhering to established timelines.
- Generate journals to create a clear audit trail for all financial transactions.
About you
- Proven experience in operational finance.
- Demonstrated success in managing transactional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
