A global manufacturing organisation are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Fareham, you will be offered hybrid and flexible working as well as an enhanced pension, private medical care and a generous holiday allowance.

As Senior Finance Analyst, you will lead a key area of reporting and provide vital insight to senior leaders of this large, well-known organisation.

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the consolidation of regional budgets, forecasts and actuals
• Managing the sales planning cycle
• Business partnering with distribution departments to assess volume drives across various cycles
• Supporting senior leaders with analysis and insight
• Encouraging best practice in reporting within the regional FP&A team
• Assisting the FP&A manager with reporting tasks
• Presenting information to senior leaders including the why behind the numbers

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Senior Finance Analyst / Finance Analyst / FP&A Manager /Financial Planning Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant
• Working knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase is essential
• Proven experience of reporting at a senior level
• A background in large, internationally owned corporations with a matrix structure
• To be a confident, inquisitive and communicative person
