p>Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Training Manager with Elite 3E experience. This is a contract opportunity working for leading Law Firm in London. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Elite 3E in a Training capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update (after addressing open items) and gain sign-off of the current strategy and finalise.
- Create and manage the onboarding of a Training RFP
- Management the output of the selected vendor
- Development of modular curriculum plan for Front and Back Office for the 3E project
- Provide training vendor best practice guidelines for material development and templates.
- Review, feedback and sign off all material development.
- Manage training environment and data.
- Day to day management of trainers
- Training delivery of Show & Tell Demo sessions.
- Oversee training event management. Including UAT, Go Live and Hypercare
- Logging and tracking training issues to successful completion
Experience:
- 3E knowledge (essential)
- Project experience
- Background in 3E training delivery
- Manage a team of trainers.
- Development and delivery of a training plan
