Senior Change Manager (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 12 months
Contracting Authority: Homes England
Location: Hybrid working model - 2 days onsite in either Coventry, Liverpool or Newcastle, and with occasional travel to other homes England offices
Homes England, the government s housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces. Following the publication of the government s Levelling Up White Paper, Homes England has also been tasked with a core role in spearheading regeneration, partnering with places to reduce economic disparity, empower local leaders and create equal opportunities across the country to ensure communities reach their full potential.
As a Senior Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Proactively prepare the business for the impact of changes being delivered by the project, from concept to execution and review
- Provide a bridge between the project and the business users to ensure activities are planned and completed, enabling the business to implement the agreed change.
- Manage the business change activity and work with the Project Manager to deliver the Business Case benefits and outcomes.
- Provide visible and effective leadership. Develop clear vision and standards and champion the use of best practice business change management standards, tools and processes. Support project Business Change Managers in delivering high quality Business Case content, co-ordinating any specialist input.
- Steer progress of the required Business Change products.
- Lead on engagement with senior stakeholders
- Lead the creation and management of the business readiness criteria across the project.
You ll have relevant experience in:
- Shaping and delivering change programmes
- Implementation of complex change across multiple business units
- Working with technology teams to deliver major systems changes, including transition between systems.
- Developing and delivering training and communication plans with relevant experts.
- Creating process maps to aid with user adoption.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
