One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Change Manager/Director/Consultant.

Location - Hybrid - Warwickshire 2 days per week

Duration - 6-12 months initial contract

Day Rate - 800 - 1100 per day Inside IR35

Experience:

• Enterprise level change - experience designing/implementing Enterprise Change Capability including blueprints, Culture, financial planning etc
• Experience as a transformation/change consultant, ideally in Big 4 (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
• Service design and Organisational design
• Stakeholder management - role will be C level and working with Exec
