Sewell Wallis are currently engaged with one of our leading clients, supporting them with an exciting transformation project which is set to last at least 2 years.

We are looking to speak to any Senior Change Management Consultants, who would be eager to join a large, international business, supporting them with an intensive transformational system project.

As the Senior Change Management Consultant, your role will involve the following duties:-

  • Delivery of a system change management programme across the UK and multiple countries
  • Developing and implementing change communication strategy, including talking points, newsletters, web content and similar communications
  • Partnering closely with multiple stakeholders in the UK and overseas
  • Change impact analysis reports
  • Change network planning

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in delivering change in a large programme across multiple countries. You will have demonstrable experience in leading change management activities, including stakeholder management.

Desirable experience includes language skills, ideally Spanish and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
