We are recruiting on behalf of our partner a leading global IT services and consulting company specialising in delivering innovative solutions for the telecommunications industry. With a strong focus on providing cutting-edge technology solutions, we have embarked on a strategic, multi-year program to build a Digital Twin, integrating seamlessly with key stakeholders in the telecommunications ecosystem.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in Business Analysis, strong communication skills to liaise between business and technical teams, and expertise in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) with a focus on fibre planning. This role is remote-based, with occasional visits required to customer locations in Reading, Scotland, and other infrequent visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document project requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Utilise GIS expertise for Geospatial data analysis and contribute to fibre planning initiatives.

Work on the next phase of a major program that has been running successfully for 8 months.

Lead the collation of information into detailed technical requirements for the Digital Twin project.

Interface directly with the Product Team and Product Partners, ensuring seamless integration.

Report directly to the customer and align closely with all product-related stakeholders.

Experience:

Strong background in GIS, with expertise in Geospatial data analysis and fibre planning.

Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Experience working on large-scale programs, preferably in the telecommunications sector.

Familiarity with Digital Twin concepts and implementation is a plus.

Additional Information:

The position is remote based, but periodic visits to customer locations in Reading, Scotland, and other locations are required.
