Harvey Nash s Client is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst on a 3 month contract initially. They are looking for someone to provide structured Business Analysis capability to increase the efficiency of the dealing over whole product as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining an audit trail of decisions, assumptions and outstanding questions.
• Assist in the identification, evaluation and tracking of project benefits for the outcomes and objectives stated.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Product Management, Service Design and Registration to inform iterations of the domain roadmap.
• Support the Lead Business Analyst and Senior Product Manager, as required.
• Identify new process and customer opportunities.
• Support the development teams Product and Agile leads in both their tactical and strategic work to help ensure the product delivery teams deliver solutions that work for customers and the organisation.

Essential Skills

• Confident facilitating detailed collaborative workshops with customers and established cross-functional teams
• Collaborative mindset seeking advice and input from a wide array of stakeholders across the customer and internal ecosystem
• Working knowledge of Agile approaches in the design and delivery of digital services
• Ability to support the decision-making process through the effective synthesis of information from a wide array of sources
• Experience synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories
• Experience mapping stakeholders, impact, processes, and land registration value streams
• Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
• Writing of user stories and formal acceptance criteria.
