Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our dynamic Technology Services team at an esteemed investment bank. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering an agile mindset, implementing agile principles and practices, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.
Must-Have Requirements:
Should hold recognized Scrum Master Certifications such as PSM1, CSM, SASM.
Should hold recognized Agile or Professional Coaching qualifications such as CSC, ICF.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner as a practitioner, demonstrating expertise in agile mindset, values, principles, and practices.
Agile Knowledge:
Familiarity with different scaling frameworks.
Background in the software development cycle, including software development, business analysis, and testing.
Communication
Skills:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels.
Positive energy and a demonstrated commitment to self-learning.
Industry Experience:
Previous experience working in a financial or regulated environment.
Certifications:
External coaching or facilitation certification.
Enterprise coaching certification.
Recognized Scaled Agile certification.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
Implement and improve agile processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to prioritize and deliver high-quality software.
