About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering technical IT projects, excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts, and the ability to facilitate understanding among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

• Must be Certified Scrum Master
• Over 10-15 years of experience in managing complex development projects
• Last 5 years focused on AWS
• Proficient in the software development life cycle
• Hands-on technical experience in development and DevOps
• Skilled in facilitating large problem-solving workshops using collaboration tools
• Adaptability to various project delivery methodologies
• Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving mindset
