Senior Scrum Master - remote - 480 per day outside IR35

My Client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master

What you will achieve

As a Scrum Master within Engineering, you will:

• Deliver high-value, high-quality enhancements to the companies software products and platforms.
• Drive the implementation of Agile best practices and processes within its Engineering function.
• Optimise velocity and performance of the team by building a culture of measuring and improving.
• Build squads that realise their full potential through coaching, training and mentoring.
• Programme Management background

The successful candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial software delivery (which may be in product, development, test, or PMO).
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master with proven experience as a facilitator, servant leader, and relationship builder. Humility and diplomacy are key to success in this role!
• A deep understanding gained on the pitch - of Agile methodologies (SaFE, Scrum, Kanban) and their variants, and of the principles and benefits of Agile versus Waterfall.
• Demonstrable experience of having led and implemented Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, continuous improvement, impediment management, and so on.
• Understanding of modern engineering practices and architectures (CI/CD, continuous delivery, automated testing, event-driven architectures, serverless computing, microservices, CQRS).
• Previous experience of technology transformation environments.
• Experience of hybrid nearshore environments.
