Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per week,
Pay - 12.05 per hour
About The Role
ATOS healthcare currently employs a large number of health professionals including nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and paramedics to deliver personal independence payment (PIP) assessments in Scotland, North East, North West, South East and south west England, North Yorkshire and Humberside.
This role means being responsible for planning and scheduling PIP assessments for ATOS Health Practitioners to complete at one of our various Assessment Centre's Nationwide.

About The Role

This role means being responsible for planning and scheduling PIP assessments for ATOS Health Practitioners to complete at one of our various Assessment Centre's Nationwide.
Daily Tasks
- Planning Diaries up to 3 weeks in advance and booking appointments by telephone and letter correspondence
- Contact claimants, arranging appointments and notifying of cancellations
- Liaising with Health professionals, area manager and team managers in Organising schedules and resolving issues.
- Ensure all information taken from calls and emails are logged accurately on the system and where necessary transferred or referred on appropriately for action
- Supporting other departments with calls and administrative tasks as the needs of the business dictates.
- MS Office Skills - good understanding of Excel is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- To be able to deal with all clients calls in a professional and sensitive manner
- Able to follow guidelines to ensure calls are answered in a concise and confidential manner
- Confident using telephone and demonstrating both business and soft skills when talking
- Ensure all information is handles in a confidential manner.
- Previous demonstratable experience in administrative, organisational or planning position preferable in an office environment. I.E can demonstrate a consistent track record of working with minimal supervision maintaining structure and organization
- Excellent Customer service skills - Particularly telephone skills.
- Communication, TO be able to evidence written and verbal skills and experience
- Able to confidently use MS word, Excel and outlook to a basic standard E.G able to use spread sheets to capture and store date in a clear and logical manner. Able to read and send emails/ attachments.
- Ability to work and think in a creative and innovative manner.
