SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

6 Month contract

Hybrid/Portsmouth - 1 day on site per week

Up to 610 per day Umbrella (inside IR35)

Key responsibilities / experience

• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, and supporting technologies
• Strong experience in 'hands on' SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and strong knowledge and experience in design and build of related integrations
• Plan and run design workshops to deliver Employee Central solutions
• Guide clients on SAP Employee Central best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
• You will have the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization
• Ability to lead the Employee Central workstream, working flexibly and incorporating both on and offshore delivery models
• Experience of delivering Employee Central and SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
