Specific knowledge and experience of implementing UKG HR Service Delivery platform (Request Management and Employee Portal).

Other similar platforms such as ServiceNow, so experience of this sort of platform with a SuccessFactors integration may potentially be suitable too.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical implementation of the customer facing platform. Driving the technical design, configuration, and development of the UKG platform, whilst applying their knowledge of SAP integration and synchronisation to achieve the project requirements.
Lead the design and establish the requirements and system architecture/setup of the SuccessFactors and UKG integration, to support the transition to utilising PeopleDoc at it's full capacity, including an employee facing portal with built in forms, approval routes and workflows.
Review and Analyse the current platform configuration, to identify opportunities for system optimisation.
Drive the technical transition to a full customer facing platform by providing best practice advice and knowledge.
Support reconfiguration and simplification of the current platform set up to support a large and complex business.
Provide expertise on utilising functionality not currently configured within the system.

Requirement for a Technical Lead with experience of implementing UKG HRSD, that understands the impacts and best practice involved in doing so, as well as working knowledge of the integration with SuccessFactors. We will be looking to this individual to understand, analyse and develop the technical requirements to ensure a smooth transition to an employee facing rollout of the platform, as well as technical planning and system architectural design. They will be expected to highlight and escalate any risks and provide expert knowledge on the setup and any limitations of the platform or integration. This role draws upon specialised depth and breadth of expertise to undertake complex assignments, and provides technical leadership and direction to other project team members. We are looking for someone who is able to be curious and actively find out answers, some who thinks outcomes by focusing on delivery of results and is able to collaborate with various stakeholders and share knowledge and experience. This role will focus on owning and delivering and the individual will need to take accountability, be proactive and suggest solutions.

Is hybrid working considered (to what extreme) - Yes, our clients team are based remotely across the country but they do utilise local hubs at times.

What does the structure of your team look like and how will this person fit into it? This role will form part of the Programme Team, but will heavily collaborate with the Solutions Team. The specific project team is looking to expand but is currently made up of a Project Manager, a Business Analyst and Project support, who collaborate with IS, HR and other colleagues. This role will help guide the Business Analysts to ensure a successful technical implementation of the platform to our employees.

What's the reason for the hire? Our client has been using the UKG HRSD platform for approx. 1 year and are now looking to roll out the employee facing elements of the platform. To successfully achieve this implementation we require the support of someone with experience of implementing the platform within a large organisation to lead and guide on the technical elements and have had exposure to the integration of UKG HRSD and SuccessFactors.
