Role: Salesforce business analyst

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £450 per day

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce business analyst to join a well-known organization within the Techtronic industry in the London region.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to: a faceoff with business teams, apply an organized, proactive approach to your work, ensure you add value to the team, and constantly develop your business knowledge and awareness.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the team to translate user journeys into deliverable Salesforce solutions
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and permissions
• Produce and maintain a library of feature demonstrations
• Administer multiple environments used for different stages of the SDLC
• Maintain a good understanding of new platform features and functionality

Skills needed:

• 3+ years' experience working with the Salesforce platform and associated clouds
• Strong focus on user experience
• Experience with Lightning, custom objects, and custom metadata
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and other automation tools
• Strong business analysis and functional understanding
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (desirable)
