Sales Operations Consultant | Outside IR35 | Hybrid, London

• Creating of new client accounts on CRM system (C365/O365) 
• Deal (Opportunity) creation and updates including content, pricing using their in-house tools
• Extensive contact with deal owners (daily) to ensure data accuracy
• Drive Pipeline data quality
• Review and align information contained in Contracts, Pricing and C365 data
• Intercept and handle requests/queries from their 'Deal Desk' to deal owners in order to progress the deal and make it ‘client ready’
• Managing end-to-end deal life cycle on contract Extensions and Change Requests
• Educate Deal Owners and maximise the adoption of global tools, processes and best practices

• Previous experience working in Sales, Bid Management or Sales Operations - Service Industry background is ideal
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and PowerPoint and Excel)
• An awareness of working in an organisation with a high level of governance
• Use of CRM (C365) would be advantageous
• A proven ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
