As a Retrofit Assessor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties including EPC, condition, occupancy and ventilation.
About the Role:

Price per survey basis.
All surveys are carried out on asset management software – Training and induction provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
