This Legal 100 firm in London has an opportunity for a residential property paralegal to join its highly respected team initially on a 1-year contract basis.

In this role you will be dealing with a range of residential property transactions for clients including nationally recognised housebuilders.

To Be Considered For This Role You Will Need

• 1 year of experience of residential property transactions
• Experience of dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process
• Law degree or other equivalent qualification
• Excellent organisational skills
• Shared ownership experience would be advantageous.
  
  

The role is based in Central London with hybrid working as standard.
