Taylor Root have partnered with an leading London law firm, in their search for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join them on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

The Team

The market leading Residential Property team acts for clients on all aspects of their property requirements, acting for a variety of private individuals, developers, investors and lenders in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property.

The Role

Your responsibilities will have a focus on housing associations and residential property matters, including assisting with the conveyancing process from initial instructions onwards, prepare and collate documentation. You will also be required to assist with post completion task such as SDLT and Land Registry forms.

The Ideal Candidate

The Firm are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal who is familiar with leases and other property documents. They must have recent real estate paralegal experience in a law firm in either a residential team or a mixed commercial property and residential role.
