A large telecom provider is seeking to hire a skilled Cisco UC Engineer to join a team and lead ongoing migration projects from multiple Legacy telco solutions to Cisco CUCM and Unity Voice Mail. A voice engineer, you will work closely with the site contact and liaise with the Project Manager to provide updates when required. You will have the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle simultaneous projects while understanding client requirements and updating Data Gathering Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Be the voice lead for ongoing migration projects from multiple Legacy telco solutions to Cisco CUCM and Unity Voice Mail
• Communicate with the site contact, extract all user details -DDI number, Hunt grp, Pick up grps, Voice Mail menu`s
• Ability to use existing and creation of new BAT file as part of BULK upload Tool in Cisco
• Deployment of handset and provide initial faulting when required
• Provide Go Live support for site migration remotely however there may be requirement to travel and attend sites for support if required
• Understand the Cisco Collaboration and Contact Centre portfolio, Call Manager, Webex, Jabber and more so you can design and articulate customer solutions.
• There may be opportunities to be involved in UCCE Call Centre work and so any experience in configuring Scripts, Agent set up, Finesse, CUIC is of additional benefit

Skills and Qualifications:

• Several years' experience of the ongoing support of CUCM, Unity Connection and Jabber and IM&P
• Experience of user and site migrations from data gathering to CUCM configuration and use of BAT
• Create translation patterns on CUCM to redirect directory numbers
• Ability to work on initiate with little or no supervision
• Can describe the boot up cycle of a handset - relationship between VLAN, TFPT and Option 150
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, build rapport to achieve the resolution to any issues in a timely manner.
• CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration qualifications are preferable
