Change-IT are looking for a Training Consultant to join a leading IT consultancy company based in Birmingham to help deliver a huge NHS training programme.

This role will be for 12 months initially with a good chance of extension and is fully remote. The role is OUTSIDE IR35 and is paying up to 350 per day.

Experience Required:

• Experience as a Systems Trainer or similar on multiple programmes of work and a variety of products.
• Experience delivering classroom based and virtual training.
• Experience of scenario based training
• Experience of working within the NHS is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience of working within Document Management Systems is preferred.
• Experience of working within Sharepoint is also a plus.
• Strong Stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with a professional verbal, written and presenting ability.
• A good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and Office applications.
• A willingness to learn new skills and products.
• Good knowledge of training delivery styles with the ability to adapt content delivery to suit the audience.
