An exciting opportunity has now become available with our Global Media Technology Client in London, to hire an experienced Technical Support Engineer who has experience in providing enterprise applications support and is in customer success/account management roles.


The Offer:

  • Annual Salary of up to 65,000 doe and location
  • 12 months contract PAYE within IR35 paid weekly basis + with a possibility of extension.
  • Can work fully remotely in the UK candidate MUST be physically present in the UK and hold appropriate right-to-work status in the country. No work permit/ sponsorships provided.


Experience required:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise applications
  • Good understanding of enterprise cloud software and concepts such as Single Sign-on, integration with cloud service providers, APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify and clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience in troubleshooting customer and partner escalations in a ticket-based workflow.
  • 1+ years of Project Management experience preferred, some understanding of incident and escalation management best practices is an advantage.
