Job Description: The Technical Program Manager (TPM) role involves leading a platform team to develop enterprise identity and safety features, ensuring alignment with product teams and overseeing system reliability. The TPM will leverage technical expertise to implement risk mitigation strategies and enhance operational efficiency. This position is remote and is structured as a 12-month contract. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Platform team building the client’s first enterprise identity and related safety features.
  • Work with product teams to ensure alignment with platform, develop technical roadmaps, and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with evolving requirements of products.
  • Spearhead the safety strategy for the client’s enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe.
  • Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
  • Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the technology industry, especially in enterprise identity, trust, and platform reliability (preferred).
  • Familiarity with client’s products and services (preferred).
