Job Description: The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for the timely and efficient execution of technical programs, leveraging technical expertise and strategic influence to solve problems and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing the development of enterprise identity features, spearheading safety strategies, and ensuring system reliability and quality. The TPM must effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position is fully remote and offers a pay rate of £49.52 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led a Platform team building first enterprise identity and related safety features.
  • Work with product teams to ensure alignment with the platform, develop technical roadmaps, and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with the evolving requirements of products.
  • Spearhead the safety strategy for Meta’s enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe.
  • Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
  • Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
