Job Description: The Technical Program Manager will oversee large-scale technical programs focused on enterprise identity, platform reliability, and security within a global tech platform. This role requires extensive experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder communications, with a strong emphasis on identity and access management, platform stability, and security measures. The position is a 12-month PAYE contract, classified as inside IR35, and is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements in London. Candidates must be located in the UK and possess the right to work without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale technical programs across identity and access management, platform reliability, and security.
- Manage delivery end-to-end, including roadmap alignment, stakeholder communications, escalations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the UK and US.
- Ensure stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs for platform reliability.
- Implement security and threat mitigation strategies, including risk and fraud tooling.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years in Technical Program/Project Management roles within identity, infrastructure, or security.
- Strong stakeholder and risk management skills.
- Experience delivering in complex, high-scale tech environments.
- Proficient in Jira, G Suite, MS Project, or similar tools.
Salary (Rate): £105,000.00 yearly
