Edinburgh 1 - 2 days pw and remote working
Up to £550 pd inside IR35

Experience required:

• PMO background but with a technical bias, so an understanding of engineering processes


• Strong curiosity to get to the root cause of a situational issue and support innovative thinking and the operational solution to resolve


• Ability to communicate openly by questioning and capturing context to understand clearly what is needed


• Relationship building skills to form strong working relationships across our teams


• Balance assertiveness with co-operation to enable truly collaborative working partnerships and achieve shared outcomes


• Get results, supporting the team to analyse data and deliver desired outcomes


• Project cost ownership experience


• Previously managed IT risks and controls
