We re looking for an experienced and driven Supporter Acquisition Manager to join the Growth and Acquisition team within Mass Engagement, in this home-based role.

If you have a proven track record in innovation, delivery of acquisition campaigns at scale and an ability to recognise and develop key strategic opportunities for new supporter recruitment, then we want to hear from you!

Position: CE217 Supporter Acquisition Manager

Location: Home-based UK nationwide, however, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work related meetings)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa 40,000 per annum (inner London weighting 3,299 per annum or outer London weighting 1,755 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)

Contract: This is a fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months

The Role

You will be joining the Association at an exciting and important moment as it continues to develop, diversify and significantly build the individual donor bases and income.

You will be responsible for acquiring new supporters at scale in order to grow income across cash, regular giving and lottery programmes. You will do this by testing, validating and optimising propositions across a broad range of products and channels.

About You

We re looking for someone with experience in the following areas:

  • Multi-year budget development, planning and forecasting.
  • Fundraising and income generation
  • Developing and delivering multi-channel, high volume response and test campaigns.
  • Innovation and insight-led product/proposition development/audience personas.
  • Charity/marketing legislation and regulation.
  • Line management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal/communicative skills.
