A global powerhouse in the social media industry are looking for a Supply Chain Diversity Project Manager to join their team remotely on an initial 12 month contract. This role will sit within their Global Supplier Diversity team.

The Supplier Diversity team helps qualified diverse-owned companies do business with people and communities that they connect. The vision is to leverage the power and scale of their platforms and services to transform the way diverse suppliers connect to customers, each other, and the tools and resources to grow. They are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Diversity Project Manager to implement and ensuring the successful delivery of Diverse Supplier programs across the company.

This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help scale supplier diversity initiatives across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a passion for creating economic opportunities to work with a wide variety of internal teams and directly contribute to achieving this important and high-profile goal.

Responsibilities:

* Implementation of the Supplier Diversity Subcontracted Spend Program. Ensure alignment with Supplier Diversity strategy and goals through partnership with the Source-to-Pay organisation and select teams across the value chain. Including identifying opportunities for diverse suppliers and working with internal teams to increase subcontracted diverse supplier spend.
* Support development and execution of an Impact Sourcing program, including development of program governance and framework. Implementing the program with Source-to-Pay organisation and select teams across the value chain and measuring the impact of the program.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. procurement teams, supplier managers, legal, compliance, enterprise supplier management) and external stakeholders (Suppliers) to deliver timely projects.
* Build and manage supplier diversity initiatives program framework and tools to enable prioritisation, initiative selection and implementation. Proactively propose and execute ideas to expedite work streams identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvement.
* Implement procurement related process and tool enhancements and manage associated change control in collaboration with other teams.
* Scale tools, processes, and workflows to streamline supplier diversity across the company.
* Effectively communicate program progress internally.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive supplier diversity initiatives across the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to scale supplier diversity initiatives across the organisation.

Skills / Experience Required

* 3-5 years of related experience in fields related to supply chain project management or program management.
* Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage complex data, advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency.
* A self-starter, with a proven ability to diplomatically resolve issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions.
* Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. Procurement Teams, Business teams, Engineering) and managing relationships with complex stakeholders.
