A unique opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the consulting arm of the Strongfield group. Strongfield Consultants is a mature, well respected international recruitment business with over 40 years heritage in technical engineering recruitment.

  • Full-time position at Strongfield s Head-office in Wembley, London
  • Some Flexible / Remote Working option (TBD)
  • Negotiable basic depending on experience and Commission
  • Focus on new client business development through marketing & sales
  • Ideally, specific experience in Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Rail / HS2, Renewal Energy Systems & Advanced Engineering

In addition, more recently Strongfield has branched into adjacent technology-based areas such as automotive/transport, rail, advanced engineering and Energy.

We are now looking to build the team to further develop the client base by bringing onboard an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Your Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant

You will be expected to build on Strongfield s reputation by targeting & developing new accounts that are predominantly contract based.

We are looking for someone the technical/engineering interest, self-drive and flare to be part of a growing team within core areas including:-

  • Aerospace (Aircraft Design/Dev, Advanced Manufacturing & Automation)
  • Transport / Rail HS2 (Design & Engineering, Safety & Project)
  • Electric & Hydrogen Aviation (eVTOL, Urban Air Mobility, Hyd Fuel Cell)
  • Automotive (Electric Vehicle Systems / Advanced Driver Technologies)
  • Energy (Renewable Energy, Nuclear, Sustainable Technologies)

Your Experience & our Expectations

To be successful, candidates will need to have proven experience within professional technical engineering recruitment particularly with medium to long-term contract & permanent placements.

You will be supported by team members & senior management but still expected to be able to deliver a complete 360 recruitment process, exceeding client and candidate expectations

You will be expected to:

  • Identify and qualify new target clients supported by Strongfield management
  • Build valued relationships through regular direct client & candidate contacts
  • Recruit candidates utilizing our advanced integrated recruitment systems
  • Support the growth by helping to bring in & train additional team members

The successful candidate must also have:

  • Attention to detail and passion to understand client technical requirements
  • Ability to communicate / present to senior level client & internal stakeholders
