DV Senior Project Manager
6 Months initial contract
625 - 650 per day Inside IR35
2-3 days per week near Southampton, rest remote

iO Associates is working with one of our best clients to help them fill in some capability gaps that they currently have.

For this role, they're looking for a strong project manager, who can come in, work fairly autonomously and just know exactly what needs to be done in order to get the various projects & products delivered.

For this role you will need to already hold DV clearance to be considered.

Key Skills:

• This opportunity requires substantial experience of working with the UK Ministry of Defence, preferably taking a leading role delivering framework / product projects.
• The ideal candidate will have worked with Hardware or Hardware Development projects, especially if this is in the RF Domain.
• Be accustomed to working with different levels of an organisation and will have experience of strategic programme and project management, setting direction and gaining senior buy-in to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
• Experience in delivering IT delivery projects using agile principles and methods.
• Create trusted and enduring relationships, building value for both the customer and client
• Plan for and successfully mobilise contracts.
• Identify, prioritise and mitigate/manage risks & issues associated with bidding & delivery.
• Bid with confidence; knowing schedule, cost & quality factors are fully considered.
